Sample Inspection Points for Plastic Packaging Bags：
1. Bag basic inspection: Smell for strong odors.Verify material, capacity and thickness to ensure it can hold your product.Put ur prducts in it to check if the bags make sure the volumn is enough.
2. Zipper: Check sealing effect to prevent leakage or external contamination.Test if the zipper is easy to open/close and reusable multiple times.Put products inside to confirm nothing spills out after closing.
3. Sealing edge inspection: Check if the sealing edge is even and intact.Tear it to make sure the edage is leakagable.
4. Printing quality inspection: Check logo, font and pattern for clarity. Confirm color saturation is satisfactory.
