Quality control checks are performed throughout all stages of the production process. Regular inspections are also completed by fully trained operatives, who are given detailed job specification sheets to follow. Before each production run takes place, ASUWANT Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd processes dimensional and visual quality reports. We also provide certificates of conformity where relevant.

Our  QC department with  well-trained full-time QC members ensure the quality from incoming materials, on-line production until final production. Our QC members conduct inspections on per process and per shift.

  Procedures/testing Details:

1. Raw materials: Raw materials are examined to ensure that they have reached customers' requirements. For any problem, the controller will submit a report to the QC supervisor.
2. Production Lines: Per process, our QC members randomly select and check a set of samples. If the no good products exceed the pre-assigned percentage of errors, the whole production line of the Process will be reviewed.
3. Finished Products: Our quality controller check carefully the goods before transfer packing process to make sure the products are qualified.
We also can send our products to laboratory for testing if customer require.

Q1: What's your Products Range?

 Q3:Do you have stock products to sell?
·         No. We work on customer's order. That means, size, materials, quantity, design, packaging solution,etc will depend on your requested.
·     Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.
 
 Q4:What information should I offer if I want to get a quotation?
·         The type and size of the products (Weight x Length)
·         The materials and thickness
·         The printing colors
·         The quantity
·        If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or designs for checking. Samples will be best to clar-ifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.
 
 Q5:What kind of format is available for artwork and printing?
·         The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD.
·         Resolution: no less than 1200PI and the higher, the better.
 
 Q6:How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
·         Generally, 7-10 days for samples making.
·         The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc. FYI,12-18 days for 30,000pcs stand up bags.
 
Q7:Do you inspect the finished products?
·        Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by  QC department before shipping.
 
 Q8:How do you ship the finished products?
